For cancellations after 1 July,
we will charge a cancellation fee of € 100, -.

_ Please state your preferred instructor in your registration. Lessons will be organised in small groups as well as individually.

_ The line-up of the ensemble you will compose for and work with (= CPM-Lab participants) will be announced in June.

_ Please prepare ideas and pieces you would like to work on and play with the participants during the masterclass.

_ Please bring your own instruments and equipment. E-pianos will be provided.

_ We mainly uses Sibelius for music notation. If you use different software, please let us know at the time of your registration.

_ You will find rehearsal rooms, available all day, at the local middle school. The town’s big event hall “Lunzer Saal” next to the school building is equipped with a PA system. Weather permitting, you can also use the Lake Stage and other outdoor locations in the village for composing and rehearsing.

_ We will have lunch and dinner together in the school building for 7 EUR per meal. If you have any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), please let us know on application. We will happily cater for your special needs.

We are happy to help you find accommodation in Lunz for the duration of the course. Several guest houses around town offer standard and comfort rooms as well as holiday apartments including breakfast. We highly recommend you book early, as rooms may sell out quickly for the wellenklænge festival.
